Employment Opportunities

Employment at Countryside is voluntary and either party may terminate the relationship when deemed necessary for any reason. All new employees are hired on a 90-day probationary period. During this time will have you work in various classes and at various times as a substitute teacher.

New employees may be offered a position at Countryside if a position is available after the trial period or may continue as a substitute.

  • Wages are set for each employee based on his/her experience, length of service, training, education, and job responsibilities.
  • Training is available at Countryside throughout the year.
  • Benefits are available for teachers who are scheduled to work 6 or more hours per day.
  • If you are interested in becoming part of the team at Countryside, please send your resume with a cover letter explaining why you wish to work at Countryside.
  • After reviewing your letter and resume, we will send an application and schedule an interview to those candidates we are interested in hiring.
  • Please bring your completed application to the interview.
  • After the interview, we will contact you and let you know if you have been selected. All additional paperwork will be given to you to complete at that time.
